​How Do I Place An Order?

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday.

  • Most orders are shipped within two (2) business days from the order date.

  • Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional two (2) business days.

  • Orders with out of stock item(s), may take an additional five (5) business days to process and ship.

  • No price adjustments on previous purchases.

  • Offer is non-transferable without consent by PillowKudde.

  • Additional charges apply for express and international shipping.

RETURN POLICY &  EXCHANGES
  • Purchases made on PillowKudde.com cannot be returned due to health reasons.

Exchanges

  • We are unable to process exchanges.

  • Exception: if due to PillowKudde error and notified immediately upon receipt. On a case-by-case basis PillowKudde will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
